Our new products are fully polymeric in nature with only sufficent Precious metal in them so that thay are electroplatable. These new materials only need a low temperature curing cycle before the electroplating baths. The permanant polymeric film gives high bond strength and a degree of flexibility that normal termination inks lack. Multilayer N.T.C.Termination Inks are formulated for ceramic based NTC Thermistors. These can be compounded for dipping/spraying or screen printing applications. By selection of the adhesion agents various firing temperatures can be obtained.

Multilayer P.Z.T.These materials are especially compounded to resist migration after poling. Systems are also available for mechanical contact use or contacting by soldering. The normal pastes are designed to fire in the region of 600°C to 900°C. A typical example is a 55Ag:1Pd paste.
