Contract Research

To build new products to exact customer specified requirements, or to suit individual processes. This service includes the development of pastes or inks.

Our company will be pleased to work in confidence with our individual customers to produce new and novel materials that are required for specific processes.

This work can be of simple contracted research, or may with the appropriate contract involve disclosure of formulae.

Additionally we can work together to reach a point where the Intellectual Property Rights may be signed over.

We also take on contracted research to develop ranges of materials that may be passed over to customers so that they may manufacture and sell under there own names.

Contract Printing

The screen printing of electrode systems for customers for evaluation or production. Our company has the ability and the production equipment to print dry and fire on a large scale, we can offer the service of printing circuits, electroceramic sensors or biosensors

Sensor / Bio-sensor Printing

Gwent Electronic Materials aims to provide both the materials for the manufacture of bio-sensors and a prototyping facility so that our customers and collaborators may obtain quantities of fabricated sensors for small scale distribution or pilot scale production and validation.

Design of plant and processes for printing, materials manufacture and associated areas.

Production of Materials to Customer specifications

Our company offers a special service to make materials to exact customer requirements so that our customers may have a fully optimized material for their plant and process.

Toll Manufacture.

Our company will be pleased to toll manufacture any suitable material that customers or similar companies no longer wish to make. Using our new processing equipment improved consistency is obtained.
